Peter began his tenure at First Presbyterian Church in 2013. He holds a B.M. in Music Theory from Temple University and an M.A. in Music Theory from the CUNY Graduate Center. He has served as an adjunct professor at Temple University and Hunter College, and his arrangements have been featured on Philadelphia Orchestra concertmaster David Kim’s album The Lord Is My Shepherd and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra principal cellist Anne Martindale‑Williams’s album Sacred Music for Cello. Most recently, his arrangement of “Rise Up, Shepherd, and Follow” was published in Choristers Guild’s Fall 2026 choral release. Peter enjoys finding creative musical solutions so that all people—regardless of skill level or prior training—can join in making high‑quality worship each week. At First Presbyterian Church he conducts eight vocal and bell ensembles. He lives in King of Prussia, PA, with his lovely partner, Kelly.
